Pathology

The Pathology lab at SSC is equipped with fully automated Biochemistry Analyzer, fully automated 3 part Cell Counter etc for the examination of organs, tissues, and bodily fluids. Culture sensitivity tests and other microbiological investigations are also performed on routine basis. Round the clock services are provided to the patients by competent technicians. Major emphasis is on accuracy, precision, reproducibility and speedy reporting.

Ultra-Sonography: Ultrasonography (sonography) is an ultrasound-based diagnostic imaging technique used to visualize muscles and internal organs, their size, structure and any pathological lesions, making them useful for scanning the organs.

X-ray: An X-ray is a safe and painless procedure that's often used to produce images of the inside of the body. It's a very effective way of looking at fractured bones, such as a broken arm or wrist.X-rays can also be used to examine organs and identify problems. For example, an X-ray can highlight a lung infection, such as pneumonia.X-rays are also often used by surgeons.

E.C.G: An electrocardiogram (EKG or ECG) is a test that checks for problems with the electrical activity of your heart. Find the cause of unexplained chest pain, which could be caused by a heart attack, inflammation of the sac surrounding the heart (pericarditis), or angina.
