In accordance to our profound commitment to contribute to the mission of eliminating needless blindness from the community, we are responsible to involve actively in all forms of research programs. The huge volume of services we are rendering and our waste experience in the field give us strength to do all forms of valid researches in ophthalmology. The Clinical departments of the hospital mainly deals with diseases based researches and the center for community ophthalmology is taking lead in community based ophthalmology researches. The department is currently looking ahead for the further expansion of its research activities in the all the relevant areas with support and associations of similar organizations.
