  • Shri Arvind N. Mafatlal, Chairman of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust was awarded ‘Lions Club International Humanitarian Award’ for his pioneering efforts in sight related activities in the year 1993.
  • Dr. B.K Jain, on behalf of SSSST, was awarded prestigious ‘Dhanda Award’ for rendering best community eye care services in’Eye Care Year – 1996’ during Ophthalmic Conference of M.P. State Chapter 1996 in Bhopal. The Award was presented by His Excellency, the Ex-Governor of M.P. , Shri Mohammed Shafi Qureshi.
  • Shri Ramdas N. Gokani, Executive Trustee of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, was awarded ‘Diwaliben Mohanlal Mehta Award’ for his outstanding work for serving the poor in the year 1999.
  • Dr. B.K Jain, on behalf of SSSST, was awarded ‘Firdausi Award’ for Life time Achievement towards ‘Best work in Community Ophthalmology’ in Madhya Pradesh State Ophthalmic Society conference (MPSOS) 2003 in Gwalior.
  • Dr. B.K Jain, on behalf of SSSST, was awarded ‘Life Time Achievement Award’ towards ‘Best work in Community Ophthalmology’ in Eye Advance 2004 in Mumbai at International Congress on Advances in Ophthalmology organized by International Academy for Advances in Ophthalmology.
  • Dr. B.K Jain, on behalf of SSSST, was awarded towards ‘Best work in Community Ophthalmology’ by Indian Alumni of International Centre for Eye Health, London in  October, 2005.
  • Dr. B.K Jain, on behalf of SSSST, was awarded ‘R.K. Seth Memorial Award’  towards `Best work in Community Ophthalmology’  by COSI in October, 2007.
  • Dr. B.K Jain, on behalf of SSSST, was awarded ‘Glory of India Award’ by Friendship Forum of India, July, 2008.
  • Dr. B.K Jain, on behalf of SSSST, was awarded Community Social Award for ‘Impact of Vision Centers on Utilization and Access to Eye Care Services’ for the year 2010 at All India Ophthalmological Society Conference, Ahmedabad.
  • Dr. B.K Jain, on behalf of SSSST, was awarded the K.R. Dutta Award for ‘Outstanding Ophthalmic Services to the Rural Community’ for the year 2010 at All India Ophthalmological Society Conference, Ahmedabad.
  • Dr. B.K Jain, on behalf of SSSST, was awarded ‘Samaj Ratna Award’ by Kutchi Jain Gurjargyati Akhil Bhartiya Ucchshikshan Samman (Matunga ) Mumbai in January, 2013.
  • Dr. B.K Jain, on behalf of SSSST, was awarded ‘Outstanding Work in Prevention of Blindness ’- the 71st Annual Conference of Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology (APAO) & All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS), in January 2013.
  • The Trust was awarded ‘Shri Dharamsey Nansey Oman Award’ - in Vision 2020  at the 9th Annual Conference, Bhopal in  July-2013.
  • Dr. B.K Jain, on behalf of SSSST, was awarded the ‘9th Dr. M.C. Nahta-Rashtreeya Netra Suraksha Puraskaar’- by National Eye Prevention organization at Indore, Madhya Pradesh in Oct-2013.
  • Dr. Khushboo Bhattad, on behalf of SSSST,  was awarded Prof. D.N.S. Choudhary Memorial Award  - for Best of the Best Paper at the 37th Annual Conference of Madhya Pradesh State Ophthalmic Society in Oct 2013.
  • The Trust was awarded the ‘5th Annual Spirit of Humanity Award’ by AmeriCares in the category Eye Care at Mumbai on April-14.
  • Dr. B.K Jain, on behalf of SSSST, was awarded ‘Community Ophthalmology Oration Award’ by Tamil Nadu Ophthalmic Association at the 62nd Annual Conference Darshan, 2014.
  • Dr. Aditya Sharma, on behalf of SSSST,  was awarded Prof. D.N.S. Choudhary Memorial Award  for "best free paper of the year" at the 38th Annual Conference of Madhya Pradesh State Ophthalmic Society in Oct 2014.
  • ‘Dr. J. L. Sharma Award’ , 16th – 17th July 2016, Dr. B. K. jain on behalf of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh trust was honored with Dr. J. L. Sharma Oration in OphthaQuest 2016, under rural development through eye care.
  • ‘Life time achievement award’ at ISCKRS Meet 2016, august 13th – 14th. Dr. B.K. Jain on behalf of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, was awarded with Lifetime achievement award at the annual conference of Indian Society of cornea & Keretorefractive Surgeons.
  • ‘Padamshri Prof. T. P. lahane orientation Award’ , 14th -16th October 2016. Dr. B.K. Jain on behalf of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust received the award by Maharashtra Ophthalmological Society in the 36th Annual conference of Maharashtra Ophthalmological Society (MOSCON 2016) held in Mumbai.
  • Vision 2020, ‘Shri S. N. Shah Award’ for “Equity to provide comprehensive primary eye care screening with the focus on Women and Children” was being given to Dr. B. K. Jain on Behalf of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust. On 4th June 2017 at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
  • ‘The Life time achievement award’ was received by Dr. B. K. Jain at IIRIS – Annual Conference held at New Delhi on 23rd September 2017.
  • Dr. B.K.Jain Trustee and Director SSSST was awarded at Shree Vardhman Jain Boarding shikshan samarpan Amrit Samaroh at Kataria ,Gujarat on 30th June
  • Dr. Gautam Singh Parmar, Head of Department, Cornea, Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya, Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, Chitrakoot received ‘Young Achiever Award’ by Shri. Harshvardhanji, minister for Science and Technology, Government of India, on the occasion of ISCKRS ( Indian society of Cornea and keratorefractive Surgeons) annual conference held at New Delhi on August 5th and 6th, 2017
  • Dr. B. K. Jain, Trustee & Director of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, Chitrakoot was presented with ‘The Life Time Achievement Award’ at the Intraocular Implant & Refractive Society of India (IIRSI) - Annual Conference, New Delhi on September 23, 2017.
  • Dr. B.K. Jain, Director & Trustee, Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, Chitrakoot was honoured with ‘Excellence in Ophthalmology Award’ for his extraordinary contribution in promoting MSICS (Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery) which was presented at the International Society of Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgeons & HelpMeSee Awards Night at Chennai on December 01, 2017.
  • Dr. Gautam singh Parmar, Head of Department, Cornea, Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya,Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust,chitrakoot won the first prize in ‘JAM Session (Just A Minute) Presentation on stencilling in ophthalmology’ at the keracon 5th national meeting of Cornea Society of India held at Hyderabad from 15th- 17th December 2017.
  • Dr.B.K. Jain, Trustee & Director of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, Chitrakoot was presented with Prestigious ‘The life Time Achievement’ for his dedicated service to Indian Ophthalmology at All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS) – Annual conference 2018, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu on Feb 22, 2018.

Jain Chairperson of Sadguru Mahila Samiti was awarded “Bhaskar Gaurav Award” by Dainik Bhaskar media group for her outstanding work in the field of women empowerment and Gau- Seva.Dr. N. Raghuraman – Management Trainer and motivational Speaker conferred her with this Award at the ceremony.
  • Dr.B.K.   • Dr. B. K. Jain, Trustee & Director of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, Chitrakoot was presented with ‘The Life Time Achievement Award’ at “iFocus” - Hyderabad on Jan 25, 2019 by Centre for Sight, for his exemplary contribution and work in the field of Eye Care & Rural Development. The award was presented by Dr. Mahipal Sachdeva, CFS & Dr. Santosh Honawar and other dignitaries and eminent guests from the field of ophthalmology across the globe.
  • Trustees of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, Dr.Vishnu Bhai Joabnputra was awarded "Bharat Bhushan Samman" by “Shri Ramkinkar Vichar Mission” for his outstanding work done in the service to humanity on 13th march 2019. This honor was given in the presence of “Laxman Kiladhish Shri Maithilisharan ji Maharaj”, Sadhus and eminent guests.
  • Dr. B.K. Jain, Director & Trustee, Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust was honored by Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Hon’ble Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Govt.   • On the occasion of 24th Mahaveer Puraskar organized by Bhagwan Mahaveer Foundation, Chennai, Dr. B.K.Jain (Director and Trustee - Sadhguru Netra Chikitsalaya) was awarded for 'outstanding inspirational services' contributing for more than four decades. The FIeld of eye care and service to humanity. Prizes were presented by the chief guests; Mr. Om Birla, (Speaker - Lok Sabha), Shri. T S Krishnamurthy (Former Chief Election Commissioner) and Mr. Sugalchand Jain (Trustee- Mahaveer Foundation) respectively.
